Luxurious Country Escapes

We had an awesome time at the Scandi Farmhouse. Super cozy, clean, and peaceful - just what we were looking for. The EV charger was a big bonus and worked perfectly. We also loved the little details: friendly chipmunks we could feed and a robin nesting in the backyard. It all just felt really calm and special. Spring Creek Escapes was super easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Spring Creek for 1 week. It is a truly unique AirBnb and you’ll feel right at home upon arrival. All amenities are as described. Particularly loved how stocked the kitchen was with cooking implements — made it super easy to cook! We personally used the ice bath and sauna nearly everyday. Everything about the place nurtures a peaceful mind. From the cosy garden surrounded by forest and streams to the quaint kitchen and the gas fireplace in the bedroom. We were both able to switch off, reflect and take life at a slower pace.

My husband and I stayed at Hendrickson’s Cottage with our two dogs and had an amazing time! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed — including a well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking more involved meals. The outdoor amenities were incredible: canoes, kayak, SUPs, a swim platform, hot tub, cold plunge tubs, sauna, fire pit, bikes, and a tanning deck. We spent our days exploring the lake, relaxing, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We saw plenty of wildlife — deer, birds, and even a black bear from a safe distance — and loved taking daily walks around the lake and visiting a nearby village. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature!

The hosts are professionals. They communicate so well, and their written instructions are the best that I have seen so far. The place is great, extremely well designed and also private. Few things to keep in mind: -This is a very secluded area, so there are not too many things around. You will have to drive for a bit to get to grocery store or restaurant. I was perfectly fine with that. - The house is bit short. I am 6'5" and I had to bend down at the doors. The place was so awesome that I did not mind that either. If you want privacy, and place just to relax and enjoy living, then this is the option for you!!!

We had a lovely stay! The house had many thoughtful touches we enjoyed. The decor, fire pit, sauna, robes, hot tub made the stay super relaxing. We were transported to Scandinavia. The backyard creek and wildflowers were beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Had the most relaxing weekend at the lake house. The place was welcoming and well appointed. There were so many things to do and I felt like I was at a rustic spa with the sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge! Missing it already.

Wow, what a peaceful, unique retreat in a beautiful spot. This was exactly what us city mice needed - nature, privacy, relaxation. We tried everything they had here from the luxurious sauna to the exhilarating e-bikes to the jacuzzi under the stars… it was a weekend to remember. The house was lovely, clean, and decorated like a little Scandinavian cottage with hits of Americana. Just go already, you’ll love it! Our only tiny complaint was how tiny the shower is. I’m 5’3”, under 100lbs and I struggled so you can imagine for my 6’ partner haha Would still stay again for sure!

We had a lovely weekend away for a family of three. The house was just as the photos displayed and more. The weather was on the cooler side so we enjoyed the fireplace, being cozy in bed along with the fire pit, hit tub and sauna outside. We took advantage of the lake with a nice walk and taking the canoe out. Overall, it was a relaxing stay at a cute lake house.
